All of the fruit for this delicious Sauvignon Blanc comes from Croft Vineyards located southwest of Salem, OR. Known for its world class fruit, Croft Vineyards are organic and “salmon safe” certified. The vineyards property has rolling hills and use VSP (vertical shoot positioning) trellising.
