This light-straw colored Sauvignon Blanc gives a nod to New Zealand with expressive aromas of grapefruit, peach, green apple and gooseberry.

In the mouth, this crisp wine delivers flavors of grapefruit, peaches and gooseberry.

Food Pairing

Serve well chilled. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs nicely with a wide variety of foods, including Dungeness crab, cheese plates, salads, fish and crab cakes.  It also is a nice companion for a summer day at the beach or a sunny patio.

Product Notes

All of the fruit for this delicious Sauvignon Blanc comes from Croft Vineyards located southwest of Salem, OR.  Known for its world class fruit, Croft Vineyards are organic and “salmon safe” certified.  The vineyards property has rolling hills and use VSP (vertical shoot positioning) trellising.
