This bright, pale-lemon Sauvignon Blanc leads with lively aromas of grapefruit and melon, lifted by a fresh note of mint that makes the wine feel cool and inviting from the first pour. In the mouth it is crisp and clean, with flavors of citrus, ripe peach and honeydew that stay balanced and refreshing through a long, zesty finish.

Grown at Croft Vineyard in Salem, a certified organic site in the Willamette Valley farmed with attention to soil health and low-intervention practices.

Serve chilled. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with oysters on the half shell, goat cheese, green salads with vinaigrette, herbed chicken, halibut and fresh spring vegetables. It is also a natural with a sunny afternoon on the patio.
