This straw-colored Pinot Gris leads with pleasing aromas of green apple, pear and white flowers, followed by subtle notes of apple blossom, melon and citrus that make this wine wonderfully inviting. In the mouth, it is well-balanced and smooth from start to finish, with flavors of apple, apricot, pear and citrus that linger beautifully on the finish.

Crafted by Ray Walsh of Capitello Wines — formerly the winemaker at King Estate and known as Oregon's "King of Pinot Gris" — whose wines have earned Platinum, Double Gold and Best of Class honors across the Pacific Northwest.

Serve well chilled. This Pinot Gris pairs nicely with a wide variety of foods, including Dungeness crab, cheese plates, salads, fish and crab cakes. It also is a nice companion for a summer day at the beach or a sunny patio.
