This deep ruby Malbec opens with rich aromas of plum and dark berry, layered with cranberry brightness and a warm note of sandalwood that gives the wine real depth and intrigue. In the mouth it is full and supple, with flavors of raspberry, black plum and baking spice framed by soft tannins that carry through to a long, velvety finish.

Grown at Spofford Station Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley, a site known for producing concentrated, structured reds. Limited allocation.

Serve at cool room temperature, or decant for thirty minutes to let the aromatics open. This Malbec pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, lamb chops, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar and anything off the smoker. It is equally at home beside a fire on a cool evening.
