This deep garnet Cabernet opens with enticing aromas of blackberry, black cherry and herbs. On the palate, dark fruit flavors combine with notes of black licorice, coffee, sage and cedar, with firm tannins and a strong acid structure that signal this wine will reward patience — drinking beautifully over the next decade as everything integrates.

Crafted in collaboration with John Derthick, winemaker for Lujon Wines, using 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fruit from the renowned Spofford Station Vineyard in Walla Walla, WA — a site celebrated for producing world-class Cabernet. Aged 15 months in a blend of French and American oak, this is a wine built for the cellar as much as the table.

Puffin Cabernet Sauvignon pairs nicely with a wide variety of foods, including grilled steak, brisket, beef tenderloin, hard cheeses, and pasta with marinara and meatballs.
