Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important!  The Wine Shack is committed to delivering your product in a timely manner and in excellent condition. We provide delivery estimates for you in the shopping cart and provide shipping options and applicable charges at that time.   Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays.  Typical order processing time is 5 business days.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by visiting the “Contact Us” page on our website (beachwine.com) and submitting your issue using the online form provided.  We would like the opportunity to correct the situation.   Please note that any/ all bottles which are ten (10) years or older are purchased at the buyer’s risk. 

Dissatisfaction with the Quality/Taste of Wine Received

The Wine Shack is proud to offer great values on great wines!  Our goal is to help you choose the wines that you will enjoy.

Tasting notes, ratings and reviews may help influence your decision, but the ultimate judgment is yours.  Although we work toward providing you with information to help you make a selection you will enjoy, we cannot guarantee you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you select.   In the event you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a bottle, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by visiting the “Contact Us” page on our website (beachwine.com) and provide the details of your problem using the online form provided.  If you would like to return an order for taste reasons, we will issue a refund or account credit, less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping

The Wine Shack staff packages all shipments carefully, to ensure they arrive safely.  However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by visiting the “Contact Us” page on our website (beachwine.com) and submitting your issue using the online form provided. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted.  At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a full/partial refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Returns and Shipping Charges

Returns for refund will be processed less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship NON-WINE ITEMS within the 50 United States of America.

The Wine Shack is able to ship non-wine items (coaster, cork screws, gear, etc) to all 50 states within the U.S.  We do not ship any items internationally and also cannot ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship WINE to most, but not all states.

State laws on shipping wine are complex and there are some states that prohibit out-of-state retailers from shipping wine into their state.  If we can’t ship wine to your selected state, when you enter that state into the drop down menu, our site will alert you to this and point you to some great non-wine items.  At this time, The Wine Shack CAN NOT ship wine to the following states: AL, AR, DE, IL, KY, MA, MS, MT, ND, NJ, SD and UT.    If you attempt to purchase wine from one of these states, we will decline the purchase and refund your payment.   We WILL NOT send you wine.

Shipping Weather Holds

Primarily, in extreme cold or heat, we recommend the following options:
Choose Next Day Air and a business address for fast delivery and ensured signature.

Shipping Next day Air will reduce the time in transit.  Select this shipping option and also use the shipping calendar to select a date when someone will be there to sign for the package on the first attempt.  Business addresses are also a good option in these cases since there is someone there to sign for deliveries.  Next Day Air does have an increased cost, but this is the best way to get it there quickly and on a pre-planned date.

If selecting Ground delivery, we will hold your wine order until the conditions are safe.
We will watch the weather closely and will remove the hold and ship your order as soon as conditions permit.
